What’s on My Plate?

Here are some menu ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  I notice a lot of people looking for new idea, or healthy options so here are the meals that I eat!  Feel free to be creative and use what you have.  Think of this section as an inspiration page, you can make changes to the recipes and modify exactly how you want to!  That is one of the BEST things about cooking your own food, only you control what goes into your body, so you can pick whatever you want!!!
